Made in collaboration with citizen weather observers across California, these images feature the dedicated individuals who are members of the Community Collaborative Rain Hail and Snow Network, an international volunteer network of thousands of individuals “working together to measure and map precipitation”. The data they collect daily is used by NOAA in the prediction of weather and tracking of climate change.
